I’m Shivani Agrawal, a public speaking and influence expert with over 17 years of experience helping professionals unlock their voice, speak with confidence, and lead with presence.

Early in my journey as an educator and trainer, I noticed a recurring pattern. Brilliant minds were often held back by self-doubt and the inability to express themselves powerfully. This realization became the foundation of my work, enabling ambitious individuals to communicate with clarity, authenticity, and conviction.

My core philosophy is transformation. I believe in turning complexity into simplicity through practical, hands-on techniques that create real, lasting change. Whether it’s helping someone structure their thoughts or overcome the fear of speaking up, I focus on actionable strategies that truly work.

I’ve also had the privilege of contributing to initiatives with platforms like Khan Academy and conducting communication skills sessions for organizations such as Havells India.
