Each session requires significant time, preparation, and effort to deliver the best possible outcomes. Once a service is booked or delivered, we cannot offer refunds, as the time and resources involved cannot be reversed.
We understand that individual results may vary based on engagement and the application of the material. While we strive to offer the best service, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed for everyone.
If you need to cancel a session or service, please notify us at least 7 working days in advance. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
